About Cheviot Savings Bank
The Cheviot Building and Loan Company was founded in 1911 and has operated in the city of Cheviot, Ohio since then. Our present location has been the main office since 1915. The Company acquired Monfort Heights Building and Loan in 1982 and now operates that facility as one of our six full-service branches. A third branch on Bridgetown Road opened in 1991, while a fourth opened in Harrison, Ohio in 1997. In 2006 we opened a new branch in Delhi and in 2007 another in Taylor Creek.
In 2003, we changed our name from Cheviot Building and Loan to Cheviot Savings Bank. We are the same local savings association, but with a new more accurate name. Cheviot Savings Bank is a local financial institution serving communities in Southwestern Ohio, Southeastern Indiana, and Northern Kentucky. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff provides the quality service Cheviot has become known for.
