Getting Started with Teller24:
- Teller24 is as easy as dialing your phone.
- Enter the Teller24 telephone number, 877-661-CHEV (2438) on your touch-tone phone.
- Teller24 will step you through the simple process of obtaining account information.
- Following the Teller24 instructions, you will need to enter your:
— Account Number:
For checking, line of credit, savings and certificates, use the last ten digits of the account number on your customer statement, passbook or certificate document (do not enter the dashes). For mortgage and consumer loan accounts use the Teller24 account number shown on your passbook or statement.
— Password:
Using the Teller24 menu options you may change the pre-defined password to one of your own choosing. The Teller24 password ensures the confidentiality of your account information.
- Select Your Option: From here select any of the Teller24 account options including account inquiries or funds transfer.
